Someone who wants a driving licence searches Google and lands on lists of phone numbers: no prices, no comparison, ten places to call. Driving schools, in turn, have no clear channel for clients from the web.

We needed to test a hypothesis: will a visitor from Google leave a phone number, and can that lead be sold to a school? So the project was built as an MVP: a catalogue, SEO pages and a call-centre panel.

The site runs on Next.js 16 with PostgreSQL + Drizzle. Three languages: Uzbek (Latin), Russian and English. Every school card shows structured facts: price, categories, transmission, teaching language, women instructors, district, a pin on the map. Programmatic SEO pages per district and region, branch pages for school chains, and 40+ guides: licence steps, prices, categories, the medical certificate.

Phone numbers are never shown: every enquiry reaches us as "name + phone". In the admin panel an operator takes the lead, qualifies it with a script and hands it to a partner; schools and instructors edit their profiles in their own cabinet. An AI assistant (Claude) answers visitors' questions, suggests nearby options by geolocation and helps the operator pick a matching school.

The design follows a "practice-track plan" idea: asphalt, yellow road markings, Fira Sans Extra Condensed. Yandex Maps, GA4 and Yandex Metrika with lead goals, deployed with Docker.
