What’s included

01

Research

Competitor review, your analytics and, if needed, interviews with 3–5 users. We find out why people come and where they drop off.

02

Structure and user flows

A page map and the main paths: from landing to enquiry, from catalog to checkout.

03

Prototypes

Greyscale wireframes and a clickable prototype in Figma. We test the logic before spending time on colour.

04

UI design

Desktop and mobile layouts with every state: empty list, error, loading, long text.

05

Design system

Colours, typography, components and their variants. New pages can be assembled even without a designer.

06

Developer handoff

Specs in Dev Mode, exported icons and images. The designer stays involved while the build is under way.

How it goes

  1. 01

    Brief

Message @Azamat_yamin on Telegram with the product, audience and goal. We'll come back with a price and timeline in 1–2 days.

  2. 02

    Research and structure

Competitors, analytics, user scenarios. Output: a page map and key flows.

  3. 03

    Prototype

Wireframes and a clickable prototype. We agree on the logic before the colours.

  4. 04

    UI design

Final design for every screen and state. Two rounds of revisions are included.

  5. 05

    Handoff and oversight

Design system, specs, and the designer checking the build as it's coded.

About the service

One small example shows why an interface for Uzbekistan has to be designed rather than translated. “Sign up” in English is two short words. The Uzbek “Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish” is nearly twice as long, and the Russian “Зарегистрироваться” is one very long word. A button drawn for English text will break on a trilingual site. So we check every layout against the longest language from the start.

There are other local specifics too:

  • a large share of visitors use inexpensive Android phones with small screens;
  • Uzbek is written in both Latin and Cyrillic, and sometimes one site needs both;
  • people often prefer to message on Telegram rather than fill in a form, so a Telegram button can be the main call to action.

Where UX starts. Not with colours but with a question: why did this person come here, and what's their next step? For IBN Express, a US car-shipping company, we built the first screen around a single task: enter the pickup and delivery ZIP codes and get a price immediately. Contact details are requested only after the price is shown. The lead is saved to the database and pushed to the sales team's Telegram channel.

Complex content. For the Platina news site we did the UX/UI and the logo: politics, economy, science, culture, sport. With that many sections, the main job is to help readers find the story that matters without drowning in navigation. Shajara, our family-tree platform, is harder still: a tree of hundreds of relatives has to fit on a phone screen, and several people can edit it at the same time. That's where design and engineering have to work side by side.

Why a prototype pays for itself. Changing a screen in Figma takes an hour. The same change in finished code takes days. So we sign off the logic in a greyscale prototype first, and only then move on to colour, illustration and animation.

What you actually get. Not pictures in a PDF but a working Figma file: components with variants, a grid, text styles, every screen state and the mobile version. A developer opens Dev Mode and sees spacing, colours and fonts without endless back-and-forth with the designer. For a site that will keep growing, this is where the savings are: a new section is assembled from existing components rather than drawn from scratch.

Pricing. Landing page design from $600, 1–2 weeks. Corporate website design from $1,200. Mobile app or Mini App design from $1,500. A design system for a larger product from $2,000. If we also build the site or app, design is included in the overall project estimate.

Our designer Murodjon Maxmudov also does our logos and brand books, so the interface doesn't drift away from your brand. If you'd like to know where your current site is losing customers, send the link to @Azamat_yamin on Telegram.

Questions and answers

How much does website design cost?
Landing page design starts at $600, a corporate website at $1,200, a mobile app at $1,500. The price depends on the number of distinct screens and languages. If we also do the development, design is part of the overall estimate.
How long does design take?
A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a corporate site 3–5 weeks, an app 3–6 weeks. Waiting for feedback is what usually stretches timelines, so we agree on review days in advance.
Can I order design only, without development?
Yes. We hand over the Figma file with a design system and specs that any team can build from. If needed, we answer your developers' questions.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds at each stage: on the prototype and on the final design. We collect feedback as comments in Figma so nothing gets lost.
Who owns the files and design rights?
You do. The Figma file is transferred to your account, and all rights to the layouts, icons and design system pass to you once paid in full.
Do you work under a contract? Can we pay in so'm?
Yes, we work under a contract and accept so'm at the rate on the invoice date. Usually an advance, then the balance on delivery of the final layouts.
Can you review our current website?
Yes, we run UX audits covering analytics, key user flows and the mobile version. You get a list of issues with screenshots and recommendations on what to fix first.
