Brief: do you need an app?
Message @Azamat_yamin on Telegram. First we work out whether you need a native app or whether a Mini App will do.
- 02
Prototype and design
A clickable prototype of the key screens, then the full design. Once screens are approved, price and timeline are fixed.
- 03
Development
App and backend are built in parallel. Every two weeks you get a new build via TestFlight and a Google Play test track.
- 04
Testing
We test on different phones and slow connections, and check notifications and payments.
- 05

On the first call about a mobile app we almost always ask the same question: will your customers really install it? In Uzbekistan a large share of people spend the whole day in Telegram. Downloading one more app is a barrier, and sometimes that barrier kills the whole project.
So we compare two routes honestly.
A Telegram Mini App opens right inside Telegram. No install, no App Store review, and the user is already signed in. That's how we built the project for İstanbul EKU Markazi, a network of IVF clinics in Tashkent, Samarkand and Urgench: a patient Mini App, a bot and an admin panel for staff. Services, bookings, content, in Russian and Uzbek. We built it multi-tenant, so it can be launched under another clinic's brand. Xonadosh is a Mini App too: it splits shared household costs between flatmates and runs the chore rota.
A native app makes sense when:
- push notifications are central to the product;
- you need offline mode, the camera, location or phone sensors;
- you sell digital content through the App Store and Google Play;
- the app is the product and people need to find it in the store.
Foydali Nuqtalar was that kind of project: a paid acupressure e-book as an iOS and Android app. 15 languages, sign-in with Apple and Google, push via FCM and APNS, paid access by chapter. One detail that says a lot about the local market: some users send their payment receipt through a Telegram bot, an admin approves it in the admin panel, and the chapter opens.
Why Flutter. For most business apps, two separate native apps in Swift and Kotlin are an unnecessary cost. With Flutter one codebase runs on both platforms, the interface looks the same, and updates ship at the same time. Samandar, our mobile developer, works in this stack; the backend is Django or FastAPI.
Price and timeline. An MVP, meaning a first version for both platforms with the core features, starts at $1,600 and takes 10–14 weeks. A full app with backend, payments, roles and several languages starts at $8,000. A Mini App starts at $1,500 and takes 4–6 weeks. Budget for developer accounts as well: Apple charges $99 a year, Google Play $25 once. The accounts are opened in your company's name; we just work inside them.
One more thing we'd rather say up front: an app isn't something you build once and forget. New iOS and Android versions come out every year and the stores keep changing their rules. Plan a maintenance budget from the start.
Not sure whether you need an app or a Mini App is enough? Send the task to @Azamat_yamin on Telegram and we'll work it out together.
