About the service

Let's start with a number: 250,330. That's how many registrations were completed in the bot for “Yoshlar ovozi”, the national youth vocal contest run by the Youth Affairs Agency, from roughly 44,800 users. The bot has run every season since 2022. A participant picks their region, then district, enters their details, and the organisers download a ready-made Excel report. No website at all; everything happens in Telegram, where people already spend their day.

That's why for many tasks a bot works better than a website. Nothing to install, no sign-up, and the message lands right on the phone. The bots we build most often:

  • lead and booking bots: clinics, training centres, services, with every request dropping into your group;
  • contest and registration bots: multi-step forms, age checks, videos and documents, a region→district→neighbourhood cascade;
  • shop bots: catalog, cart, delivery slots, location, payment;
  • broadcast bots: announcements to hundreds of groups and thousands of users at once.

Payments inside the bot. For Splash Water, a bottled-water delivery service, we built a bot where customers pay with Click or Payme right in the chat, choose a delivery slot and send their location. The order arrives in the operators' channel with a map. To accept payments, your company signs a merchant agreement with Click and Payme, and the money goes straight to your account.

Bot plus Mini App. Sometimes buttons aren't enough. For Biznesmarafon, a gamified business-education marathon, we added a Mini App with a QR scanner alongside the bot: participants check in at offline events, take quizzes (answer options are shuffled every time), collect points and compete on a leaderboard. The bot has around 6,700 users, and broadcasts run with flood control.

When you don't need a bot. If customers need to read at length, compare options and look at photos, say when choosing a lawyer or a tour, a website works better. A bot is good for short actions: book, order, register, get a notification. Often the right answer is both: a website so people find you on Google, and a bot to take the requests.

About load. Telegram lets a bot send roughly 30 messages per second. A broadcast to 10,000 people takes about 6 minutes, and it has to go through a proper queue or the bot gets temporarily blocked. So our broadcasts run through Celery and Redis, tracking delivery to every chat.

Price and timeline. A lead bot starts at $300 and takes 1–2 weeks. A contest bot with Excel reports starts at $700. A shop bot with Click and Payme starts at $900. A Mini App starts at $1,500. Hosting usually costs $10–20 a month and is in your name.

We write bots on aiogram 3 and admin panels on Django. Describe your bot idea in a couple of sentences to @Azamat_yamin on Telegram and we'll sketch the flow together.

Questions and answers

How much does a Telegram bot cost?
A simple lead bot starts at $300, a contest or registration bot at $700, a shop bot with Click and Payme at $900, a Mini App at $1,500. The price depends on the number of dialogue steps and the admin panel. The exact amount goes into the contract once the dialogue map is approved.
How long does development take?
A simple bot takes 1–2 weeks, a shop or contest bot 2–5 weeks, a Mini App 4–6 weeks. For contest bots we recommend testing at least a week before registration opens.
Can the bot accept payments?
Yes, via Click and Payme. Your company signs a merchant agreement with them and the money goes directly to your account. We'll help with the setup.
Can the bot handle a lot of users?
Yes. In the “Yoshlar ovozi” bot, around 44,800 users completed 250,330 registrations. For broadcasts we respect Telegram's limits: sending to 10,000 people takes about 6 minutes.
Where does the bot run, and who pays for the server?
The bot runs on your server, usually $10–20 a month. We set it up and connect monitoring, but the account and billing are yours.
Can we edit the texts ourselves?
Yes, in the admin panel: messages, buttons, prices, catalog. Changing the dialogue logic itself needs a developer.
Who owns the bot and the code?
You do. The bot is created through BotFather on your Telegram account, and the token and code are yours. We'll hand everything over whenever you ask.
Do you work under a contract? Can we pay in so'm?
Yes, we work under a contract and accept so'm at the rate on the invoice date. Usually an advance, then the balance after launch.
