When a few people rent a flat together in Tashkent, the arguments are rarely about big money. They're about small things: who bought groceries, who's taking out the trash for the third time. Google Sheets and notes in a group chat get abandoned within weeks.

We wanted a tool that lives inside Telegram, needs no sign-up and honestly accounts for the fact that scrubbing the bathroom and taking out the trash are not the same job.

The mini app is React 18 + Vite, the backend Django 6 + DRF, the bot aiogram 3. Sign-in is Telegram-only: the app verifies the signed initData, and there are no passwords or emails anywhere.

Every chore carries an effort weight, the rota is built around those weights, and completion can be confirmed with a photo. Expenses split by rules, and the app works out who owes whom.

The bot sends reminders and nudge chains that guide new users to their next step. Analytics go into our own BI schema, with no third-party SDKs inside the mini app.
