Registration bot for a national reading contest for young people aged 10 to 30. Age check, a geo database of 9,442 villages and neighbourhoods, and sign-up for several contests at once.
Challenge
The contest runs across the whole country, in cities and villages, with several tracks and separate competitions that each have their own registration window. Organisers need to know which exact village or mahalla an entrant comes from, not just the province.
The age limits are strict: 10 to 30.
What we built
Registration starts with a date-of-birth check, and if the age doesn't fit, the bot says so right away. Then the entrant picks a region, district and settlement from a database of 9,442 entries.
One user can enter several competitions. Each has its own tracks and application window, configured in the admin panel. Organisers export participants to Excel.
