An IVF patient's journey is long: consultations, tests, procedures on a schedule, waiting for results. Patients have a lot of questions, and nearly all of them message the clinic. The clinic needed a channel that supports patients through every stage without swamping the front desk.

This is medical data, so access and storage requirements were stricter than usual.

We built a Telegram bot and a full-screen Mini App on Next.js 15. On first launch the patient fills in a short questionnaire, and the app uses it to pick content and notifications for their stage. Inside: branches, doctors, services and appointment booking.

The backend runs Django 5 + DRF + Celery with PostgreSQL and Redis. Test results and reports sit in private MinIO storage behind short-lived links. Staff actions on patient records go into an audit log.

The system was built multi-tenant from the start, so it can be deployed for another clinic under that clinic's brand.
