Entries come in from all over the country. Document requirements depend on age: older entrants upload a passport or ID card, younger ones a birth certificate. The submission format differs by age as well.

The jury needed to see every entry in one place, not scattered across private messages.

Registration takes 11 steps: full name, region, district and mahalla, school or workplace, date of birth, document, extra phone number. The bot checks the age and tells the entrant which document applies at that age.

Work is accepted by format: a PDF essay for the younger group and video work for the older one, with size and format checks. One entry per person. Uploaded entries are forwarded automatically to the judges' channel, and the admin panel lists participants and their submissions.
