An application to a music contest is more than a simple form: participant category, age group, music education, a programme for each round and a performance video. When all of that arrives by email and messengers, the jury wastes time hunting for videos.

The bot collects the application step by step: full name, phone, document details, music education, the programme for three rounds, category and age group. At the end the entrant uploads a video.

The finished application and its video are sent automatically to the jury group, and the admin panel keeps every application with its delivery status. The bot works in Uzbek and Russian.
