Mahallalar uyushmasi

The Association works with mahallas (neighbourhood communities) across the country, and much of that communication happens in Telegram groups. Posting one announcement to hundreds of groups by hand takes hours, and there's no way to tell which groups it never reached.

The bot joins mahalla groups and sorts them by region. An admin prepares the announcement in the panel, picks regions, and the bot sends it to every matching chat at once. Delivery success or failure is logged for each chat.

On a schedule, Celery collects audience statistics for the groups so the Association can see how its reach changes over time.
