Bot for Qizlar Akademiyasi, a programme for young women that includes the Latofatnoma project and the Qizlar Ovozi club. Applicants fill in a form of about 20 steps with written answers and multi-select questions.
Challenge
Qizlar Akademiyasi selects participants not just on profile data but on motivation: why she wants to join, what interests her, what she plans to do. That makes for a long application, and long applications get abandoned halfway.
The form had to feel like an ordinary chat, while the answers reached the organisers in tidy shape.
What we built
We turned the application into a Telegram conversation of about 20 steps. Personal details and address go in through buttons, motivation questions as short essays, interests as multi-select.
The bot runs on aiogram with the Django ORM. Every application is stored in the admin panel, where organisers review them in one list.
