Foydali Nuqtalar is a paid self-help e-book on acupressure, delivered as an iOS and Android app. 15 languages, Apple and Google sign-in, payments through a Telegram bot.
Challenge
The book had to be sold as an app: a few chapters free, the rest opened after payment. The audience is broad and reaches beyond Uzbekistan, so it needed many languages.
Payments, meanwhile, had to work the way people in Uzbekistan are used to paying.
What we built
A Django + DRF backend serves chapters, translations and access status. The iOS and Android apps support Apple and Google sign-in and push notifications through FCM and APNS.
Chapters sit behind a paywall. Payment runs through a Telegram bot: the user sends a receipt, an admin approves it in the admin panel, and the chapters open up in the app. Content is translated into 15 languages.
