Shop bot and CRM for Splash Water, a bottled water delivery company. Customers order water, choose a delivery slot and pay via Click or Payme without leaving the bot.
Challenge
Water is a repeat purchase: offices and families order the same thing every week. Calling or messaging each time is a hassle for both the customer and the dispatcher.
The company needed a channel where customers order in a minute and couriers get the address on a map.
What we built
A Telegram bot with a catalogue, a cart, delivery slot selection and address sharing via geolocation. Payment happens right in the bot through Click and Payme, no app switching.
Orders land in the operations channel with a map pin attached. Customer and order history is kept in the CRM in the admin panel.
