Chocoberry Queen

Chocolate strawberries are usually a gift: for a specific day, at a specific time, often for someone else. Taking orders through Instagram DMs and chats means the operator asks the same questions every time: which box, when, for whom, where.

The bot needed to ask all of that, so the operator receives a complete order.

The bot shows the catalogue by price tier, with a cart. At checkout the customer picks a delivery date and time slot, enters the recipient's phone and drops a pin on the map. The bot turns the coordinates into a readable address via reverse geocoding.

The finished order goes to the operators' channel with a deep link to the order in the Django admin. The catalogue and texts are edited in Django CMS, and the bot speaks Uzbek, Russian and English.
